If the primary form of communication between Americans and Indians (at a people-to-people level) seems to be through customer service calls, then what kind of impression are the Americans making on Indians? Most of the call center employees are already working at an odd hour and have typically never been to America or spoken to Americans. As shown on a documentary, they are given a crash course in American lingo and pop culture.

After all that, I would completely understand if a frazzled call center employee chose to give back some choicest Haryanvi abuses (my favorite kind) in a polite voice.
