Shaping India now?
I had seen Rediff’s year-end special features, "Ten Trends that shaped India this year" but had put off reading it until later. My brother called me up from New York last night congratulating me for DesiPundit’s mention (depiction) on Rediff. I was flummoxed. I didn’t understand what he was talking about. He asked me to check out Rediff’s year-end specials. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked to see a screenshot of DesiPundit (along with Youth Curry and Vantage Point) as the accompanying picture at number 5 for Blogs. Honestly, I had expected DesiPundit to be the voice of the Indian blogosphere but certainly not so soon. All I can say is, thanks folks. After all, it is the blogs that we link to that bring us all the accolades. Keep blogging and the only way to ‘repay the debt’ of being introduced to the blog world is to introduce it to someone else who hasn’t seen the light yet.
