Threatening with Collapse
“The bitter irony of times is the ability of dictators to threaten neighbors with their own collapse” [source]. Of course, it alludes to the Korean countries but it could easily also ring true for the Indian sub-continent. It also reminds me of suicide bombers who aren’t afraid to die; it can be quite difficult to dissuade them.
