You could’ve made a quick $400 for this shot. The 6 feet under crew could not find a solitary tree on a hill after driving around for days. Finally they paid a woman $400 for an unwanted tree in her yard and carried it on a hill for the shot. Read the making of the credits here: http://www.hbo.com/sixfeetunder/credits/index.shtml
Crystal Blur, did they? I got the inspiration for the title from a similar ‘point’ at Matheran, a hill station near Bombay. But I would have loved the $400 :) although I think they would have forked out more only if the woman hadn’t mentioned it was unwanted.
hmmmmmmm………… What else can I say. Showing your skills in yet another field!
Arvind, what can I say…I am a multi-talented person ever ready to flaunt his talents…ok! you can stop laughing now :)
Beautiful shot. The first thing that came to my mind was “Six Feet Under” too :D
Supremus, thanks. Strangely I have never seen that show.
