&lt;b&gt;Siupg&lt;/b&gt;, you are right that the opt-out option will only be exercised by those who are aware of the problem. You may think that street views are nothing great but I believe they certain add a different perspective in visualizing the space from eye-level. The zoom feature may have been intended for obtaining details of businesses on the street and as with any technology, it can be used for nefarious purposes.
