Chuck De Civil Nuclear Agreement
Apparently it takes only only 43 members in the Lok Sabha to dictate policy in India. Of course, a spineless Prime Minister and a desperate grasp on the seat of power also helps. Sigh! Too bad in spite of all that has happened, we still lack a spine.
