It is not uncommon to find desi cooks/chef in most cruises. If you talk to them and ask them they'd be happy to make you anything from 'Nan' to 'Masalai dosai'. It really galls me knowing that Americans don't need visas for so many other countries, and most outrageously for Europe which makes it so easy for them.
