Offensive Sunglasses

Is this ad offensive? The Italian-based the Institute for Advertising Self-Discipline (really?) apparently thinks so. I don’t get it. Is it the choice of the finger or the woman’s expression or just evocative of a man’s (other) appendage entering a woman’s (other) orifice?

    I find the ad offensive because it indicates that sunglass-clad women will chew off men’s fingers if they don’t behave ;)
