The New DesiPundit
Many wishes for the new year and I hope you had a productive 2008 and have plenty of things planned for this year.
Updates have been irregular and infrequent at DesiPundit. Enthusiasm may appear to be low but things have been hectic behind the scenes. After much thought, we decided to overhaul the basic model and devolve responsibility to a larger group of (pre-selected) bloggers. If you were one of the invited bloggers, you may already have an inkling of how this works. We felt this might not only keep updates at DesiPundit more frequent but also allow individual bloggers to have more control over which of their content they wish to share on DesiPundit.
More details of the new features and sections can be read over at DesiPundit. Chugs has helped redesign the blog to incorporate these changes. This is a new and untested model and relies heavily on the participation of the community bloggers. We hope it is as successful as we envision it to be. I’ll be writing more about the finer details as we roll out the changes and receive feedback.
