India Shining

Infosys is actually ranked 9th in Wired’s top 40 ‘Masters of Technology and Innovation’, ahead of IBM, Cisco, and Microsoft. Fueled by the astounding success of Indian companies, people are coming back to India in droves. It is the brain-drain in reverse, aptly titled as brain-gain. "It was like living in a five-star hotel, but it wasn’t home," says Rajesh Panicker, VP of a Mumbai-based technology company after living for four years in the US. Britain has gone a step further and is not only sending Indians back to India but also backpackers and college graduates to ‘bridge the culture gap between agents and customers’. Outsourcing protestors, move to India…now!

I would love to go back home after 3-4 years of work ex here, but there are almosy zero jobs in my field in India right now.. though the numbers are supposed to rise in the next few years..I guess I’ll know by then..
of course, I still cannot answer the question WHY I would like to go back…its wierd isnt it?
