Hunt, you will not
What is it with Indian celebrities and poaching? Former India cricket captain, Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi has been charged with killing an endangered species of antelope called a black buck. Coincidentally, this is the same species that Salman Khan went after too while shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hain.
Haven’t these buggers got the memo on illegal hunting, especially of endangered species? I somehow fail to understand the machismo in killing an innocent animal with a high-powered weapon from afar. The police found a black buck and two rabbits in Pataudi’s vehicle. Make him see Karan Johar’s Kaal and leave him overnight in a national park at the mercy of Kaali Pratap Singh. Oops, was that a spoiler?
Update: After 10 days, Pataudi Sr. is still absconding. How can a Nawab and erstwhile India cricket captain vanish when his son, Saif is reportedly in contact with him? To top it all, Saif has the cheek to suggest that his father is not on the run. Maybe he simply doesn’t have time for silly matters such as court summons. How hypocritical can enforcement of law and order get?
