Apple ready to sue again?
I don’t own any Apple stock or use a Mac so the rumors that Apple might be switching to Intel chips instead of IBM ones doesn’t really affect me [the news has been confirmed]. But I am certainly interested in the question, is Apple is going to sue CNET? Apple has been increasingly paranoid about its product releases and has sued little-known rumor websites for ‘busting their trade secrets’. Of course, now that they have been outed again preemptively, will Apple go after a bigger media publication? I bet not.
