Diwali cleaning

I managed to find some time to do some long-overdue spring cleaning here on my blog. I got rid of all those Bloglines lists. However, you still can access it by clicking on the Bloglines button on the side bar. I got rid of the TTLB script too. The blog loads up much quicker now. The feeds also have the full post content now; so you don’t have to make the journey from your feeds reader to my blog although I appreciate if you do sometimes.

I have moved my "Other Blogs" up the page for better visibility.  I’ll update my "More Archives" section sometime soon too (it is missing nine months). I have also put up the "Add me to your Typepad list" option for anyone who wishes to do that.

    Chetan, yup…decided to focus on the content rather than all the bells and whistles. Trying to ignore the diminished pagehits due to feeds but the stat-whore in me will have a tough time :)

    If you want to know the stats for your feeds you could pipe it through FeedBurner.

    FeedBurner basically makes subscribing to your feeds easier for subscribers (no more multiple formats etc.), keeps track of the stats for you, takes some bandwidth load off your server (don’t know if this is an issue in your case) and also (optionally) adds some cool things to your feed.
