Fighting Flu

I not only share my joys and sorrows with Ash but also my viruses. The poor girl is down with flu-like symptoms after taking care of my cranky soul over the weekend. Ash fans, worry not! She will definitely get a high level of attention and pampering; after all I was at the receiving end for the past couple of days.

I am a lousy patient and always give the impression of imminent death even when down with a simple viral fever. If  you think HAHK was melodramatic, you should see me when I have a cold. But with rumors of bird flu going around, you can never be too sure, can you? Reports are in that the bird flu has jumped to infect the pigs in China. Admittedly, I am much different from a pig (although few of my feminist friends might disagree) and pretty far from China but I still have the right to be at least scared. But after fighting through the increasing and decreasing levels of symptoms of a viral fever, I think I am back to my normal’ol self…I think.

Tony, Yup! I tried telling my persistent cough that nothing was wrong with me. But its persistence eventually won!
