Vibesnetwork launched a adults-only social networking site, Smutvibes where explicit photos aren’t just not deleted but in fact, encouraged. As Techcrunch notes, this might be a welcome relief for a certain section of the MySpace crowd who are in just for the smutty pictures. Children, of course cannot be kept away from this site as you need to enter your birth year to register and get rejected if you aren’t 18 (as if that is going to stop the teens). Cybersex was (still might be) one of the popular uses of Internet chatting and everyone’s dog was doing it especially so because on the Internet, as the famed cartoon suggests, everyone is a dog. Would a separate domain for adults-only social networking be popular in the web 2.0 world?
Interestingly, their partner site is Christianvibes. Interesting combination, eh?

I saw this and found it hilarious… :D the fact that christianvibes.com is their partner and they do smut just means profit! maybe a hidden religious conversion in place :)

Angelo, actually nope. I might get a profile (for testing purposes only, of course) during the weekend and probably post a review :) Now, that should get the hits, right?

Patrix, it’ll only get hits if you put up your pic ;) i put up this pic of Peter with ling hair at one of his caferati retreats and it got some sweet people digging it… :) Ive taken out peter’s pic for the time being fearing being sued :D
the other way of getting hits is by ticking the lesbian check box or the bisexual one :D
i was just playing with the site trying to figure how they coded it :D not very web2.0 in my opinion.. mot much of AI blocs.
