B20 Biodiesel Vehicles in San Francisco

Green Car Congress reports: “San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom last week issued an Executive Directive ordering the use of B20 biodiesel in 100% of the diesel vehicles owned by the city.”

This might have a similar effect in curbing pollution like when Delhi public transit buses and other vehicles were ordered to use less polluting compressed natural gas (CNG). It might not make much of a difference to begin with but is still a start in sustainable green transportation. Public Transit is usually the best place to kick off.
