		<description>i seriously doubt the effort PC world put in to come up with this list. even worse there own site fails on some basic user interface principles. e.g. each of the category link in the article opens up a new window.urgh..further there is NO way to navigate back to the original article or to other categories. fail. i had a nice little rant on similar topic a while back. http://jimyjoshi.com/blog/2008/06/state-of-indian-newspaper-webs.html</description>
