Bob Barr for President?

Bob Barr, the former Georgia Congressman has announced a bid for the Libertarian nomination for president. We had him in class for a guest lecture once in Atlanta. Even in the U.S., the Libertarian Party nominee doesn’t really attract much attention let alone stand a chance of making an impact.
