It is time for the Falcons to up their game. They play the Philadelphia Eagles in the playoffs for a chance to play in the Super Bowl (the semi-finals of the NFL) today. Michael Vick, the most
exciting quarterback since…errr..I started following football can be easily compared to apna Tendulkar both for star power and raw talent. But is merely having the best QB (although Eagles’ McNabb is a close second) enough to seal a place in the Super Bowl? But Falcons are
definitely ready for the choking Eagles after a great season. The game is starting in a few minutes and Vick better live upto the hype he generates. Tendulkar has yet to win the World Cup for India but if Vick takes the otherwise mediocre Falcons to the Super Bowl, he would have “vasoolofied” the millions invested in him.
UPDATE: Falcons did go…home. Shyaay! Anyways, the good news is that we have Vick for at least 10 more years (at a cost of $130 million)

i dont know why but i thought that superbowl was this weekend- i was so bummed out………..anyways- i am back on the 5th just in time for the big party.
somehow i cant believe you are a football fan- but then- nobody would think i knew anything about the game either.

Alpha - Falcons went phurr phut today…stopped in mid-flight by a clearly superior team..will be back next year. Too bad Pi’s Bucs sucked big time.
M - Why in heaven wouldn’t you think of me as a football fan? I am just like any normal guy with enough testosterone to cheer wildly for the local team.
