Just received this in the mail:
Article Tags >> TechnologyStarting on Tuesday, June 27th any Jajah user can talk to any other Jajah user, at any time, completely free. No monthly payment, no contracted long distance plans, no need to choose a provider - just use Jajah.
Jajah wants to form a community around free calling. There is no catch. They are counting on the community to use other paid services to help make this program work. Jajah believes they can “earn” money by providing added value services that the community finds useful and are willing to pay for. Other services like the scheduled calls or text messaging for instance will help Jajah pay the bills – this way it becomes a self sufficient community.

Free totally? I see from the website only the first 5 minutes are free.

Greatbong, I guess if one of the users is not registered on Jajah then it is a paid service but as I understand, the calls are free if both users are registered. I don’t use telephony much so haven’t tried it out. Give it a shot and let me know.
