So, maybe we shouldn't generalize one person's views for the entire government. It is unfortunate that the lynching and the comment occurred, but part of being a democracy is that we need to take the good with the bad. I don't understand how anyone in their right minds might try to rationalize something like this. Having personally faced mobs, though not bigger than 50 people at a time, I can graphically imagine what he must have faced. Believe me, it can be very, very scary and very ugly.
