Piker, I heard about that. I wonder if they were inspired by our own censor board. Regarding 12 Angry Men, I agree that it is an excellent movie…cinema-making and screen-writing at its best. A line of review wouldn’t do justice hence let my star-rating do the talking.

Speaking of getting offended, apparently the MPAA is not far off these days. Taking cues from the Indian censor board. They are now planning to change the rating of a movie from PG to R if the movie has a character smoking on screen. (Came up on Colbert.)
Now isn’t that vaguely familiar?! :)

Btw, I expected a line of review on 12 Angry Men. Watched it recently. It was excellent! (Understatement)

Santosh, I noticed that. I was checking the top Indian news sites to see if the issue was covered and was greeted by a dancing Madhuri slideshow as one of the top 5 stories. WTF. Prasanjeet, sadly we seem to have plenty of religions and far too many people with plenty of time on their hands to get offended by any damn thing we do or say. Ashutosh, now only if we have the equivalent of the second amendment and arm everyone.

What’s happening to Chandramohan is ridiculous. It seems like right out of a B-grade 80s Bollywood flick. Meanwhile the MSM is busy reporting Madhuri Dixit’s birthday celebration or the lack of it.
