Nagin Reelected

Ray Nagin, the much troubled black African-American mayor of the self-proclaimed ‘chocolate city’ has been reelected in a much-watched mayoral race. As Nagin says, its time to heal and perhaps take a fresh look at rebuilding New Orleans albeit in a sustainable manner.
