…by Meghaan Marco, author who wishes her book to be included in the index for Google Print:
I have no problem with my book being indexed by your site. In fact, I wish it was!
Someone asked me recently, "Meghann, how can you say you don’t mind people reading parts of your book for free? What if someone xeroxed your book and was handing it out for free on street corners?"I replied, "Well, it seems to be working for Jesus." [via]
Excellent! Truly, words reach further when they aren’t restricted by frivolous lawsuit. Kottke asks his patrons who have published books for an opinion. This issue is getting interesting. I am definitely going to keep a tab on this.

Jinal, thanks. It certainly is an interesting trend. I would definitely like to see it spread. But somehow don’t trust a “chain” coffee shop with it.
