Redundant Question

I am not sure what Rediff wants to gain by asking a redundant question - How has the Internet changed your life? The most common answer would be, in all possible ways. Of course, if their intention is to get as many responses as possible, then I guess it is a great question. But from a perspective of introspection, it is simply too broad. They could have made it more interesting y asking, for e.g. how has the internet changed your social life? or how has the internet changed your ways of communicating with loved ones (phone vs.IM)?

I know, this isn’t a great concern in the greater scheme of things. But lately media portals are at their wits end regarding content or user interaction. News or questions which otherwise would receive a Duh! response are gettting front-page coverage. Come on, we can do better than that!
