Mathew Ygelsias is baffled at the double-faced US policy on Pakistan, as many Indians rightly are. But is Bush even listening considering the sale saved 5000 jobs in his home state? Logic is not to be expected in US policy for Pakistan. Bush will dump Pakistan as soon as they cease to be useful; just like Pakistan conviniently dumped Taliban.

UPDATE: Almost anything that I read these days seem to test the limits of the American Pakistan policy:
